The Dimora Collection "Heart and Soul" Promise: a Commitment to Excellence and Customer Happiness
Heart and Soul committment is at the core of everything we do. All of our suites are renovated to exceptionally high standards with the highest quality furniture, woods, and artisanal tiles. All our suites are equipped with Hypnos mattresses (the same used by the British Royal Households), and all beds are at least 2 meter long. You will find in each suite a selection of allergy free foam and feather pillows, free snacks and water, fridges, professional hair driers, state of the art A/C, high speed fibre internet connection and Wi-Fi (tested for working from remote), flat screens, and complementary access to Netflix, and Amazon Prime. We use only prime cotton for our linens and towels, and use luxury products for our bathrooms (e.g. Ferragamo).
Our Dimoras are our luxury homes away from home, and our committment to our guests is to make sure they will leave dreaming of the next time they can be back.
